Training Project Intake Questionnaire

A document to help you determine things like project scope, learning content strategy, and other details related to a potential L&D intervention/solution you will be designing and/or developing.

This helpful questionnaire should be used after the business problem, skill/knowledge gap(s), etc. have already been identified and discussed. And it's important to note that this document does not go deep into things like project risks or the implementation plan, as it is primarily focused on basic scoping and asking questions related to the approach for content.
