With several years of experience in L&D, I have a professional passion for closing knowledge and performance gaps while showing the business impact of such efforts. Specifically, I seek to understand the ‘why’ behind the business problems we’re solving, our approaches to solving them, and the success metrics we’re choosing to focus on. Working for the likes of Meta, Delta, and other multi-national organizations, I’ve learned a lot throughout my professional journey.
Described as a real 'team glue' guy by my peers, I try to foster a positive and united environment wherever I'm at. By always looking to do the little things to help our L&D team win, I'm content contributing no matter my role- from reviewing learning analytics with upper management, to burning the midnight oil behind the scenes to fix a course bug before launch.

Initially, while working as an individual contributor in tech-focused training roles, I helped plan, design, and develop instructional content for diverse audiences. I enjoyed the challenge of transforming complex and dense information into easy-to-follow content by using proven learning methodologies, advanced design and development tools, and expert project management. I found incredible fulfillment in the collaborative process of designing and iterating towards the best possible learning product in order to bring a learning program to life.
For the past few years, while working in a more senior-level position within L&D teams, I’ve managed large-scale programs and led teams to complete projects, from analysis to evaluation. Specifically leading the design function for much of this time, I was responsible for showing the inputs and outputs of our team’s solutions, managing external vendor relationships, innovating with new tools and technology, and delivering learner-centered experiences. By helping my team understand shared goals, key milestones to get there, and effective task prioritization, we've delivered on several high stakes initiatives and used advanced metrics to help organizational leaders understand impact and evaluate performance change.
